Teams form and pick a track
Members self-select into teams of three to five and choose an asset focus: multifamily, office, retail, or industrial.
Underwrite the deal
Teams build a full financial model: rent roll, operating assumptions, debt structure, and a multi-year cash flow projection.
Coaching and review
The VP of Case Competitions and alumni mentors review models and pitch decks, stress-testing assumptions before submission.
Present to judges
Teams deliver a formal investment recommendation and field questions from a panel of real estate professionals.
